We operate an e-shop on websites www.yeskbeauty.com 

We process some personal data to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website.

The processing of personal data in the Slovak Republic is governed by Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (further „Act No. 18/2018 Z.z.“) and Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

  • Processing of personal data in the case of using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information, which you will inform us of, mainly through the inquiry form: name, surname, email, telephone, address + billing information if ordering for a company.

For what reason?

We will contact you through them for further agreement regarding goods and services.

Based on what legal reason?

Act No. 18/2018 Z.z. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (further „Act No. 18/2018 Z.z.“) and Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/ES (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

How long will we process personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

 

  • Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you buy from us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, phone number, email.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract - to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also communicate with you via your contact details regarding the status of your order, possibly regarding complaints or your questions.

We will continue to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle claims and others).

If you are a shopping customer and you have not prohibited us from doing so during the purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send our news.

  1. Who has access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and get access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. They are:

  • the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (the company Shoptet a.s., with registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, the company is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B insert 5 
  • companies participating in the forwarding of goods (Packeta.sk, GLS.sk) 
  • companies participating in payment forwarding (Shoptet Pay) 
  • email service provider (gmail.com)

We process personal data only in the territory of the European Union.


  1. What else should you know?

In our company, we have an appointed commissioner for the protection of personal data, and decisions are not made on the basis of automatic processing or profiling.

  1. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

The company undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee that you can exercise your rights. 

According to this Privacy Policy and by law, if you are in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data. The right to access, update or delete the information we hold about you. Whenever possible, you can access, update or request deletion of your personal information directly in the settings section of your account. If you cannot perform these actions yourself, please contact us for assistance. This also allows you to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of the Personal Data we hold about you. You have the right to correct any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data. This right exists where we rely on a legitimate interest as a legal basis for our processing and there is something about your particular situation that makes you object to our processing of your personal data on this basis. You also have the right to object where we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes. 
  • Request deletion of your personal data. You have the right to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data if there is no good reason for us to continue processing it.
  • Request the transfer of your personal data. We will provide you or a third party of your choice with your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies to automated information for which you have originally given us consent to use, or where we have used the information to perform a contract with you.

The GDPR regulation gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about how we process your personal data, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request us in certain situations deletion of personal data and in certain cases you have the right to their portability. It is possible to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you think that we are not handling the data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data https://dataprotection.gov.sk/en/, or take your claims to court.
